By registering for and participating in this event, organised in partnership with Sinar Daily, participants acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Health & Fitness Declaration
Participants confirm that they are physically fit and medically able to participate in the event. Participants further declare that they do not have any known medical conditions, including but not limited to heart conditions, respiratory conditions, injuries, or other health issues that may affect their ability to participate safely. Participants take full responsibility for assessing their own fitness and suitability for participation.

2. Assumption of Risk
Participants acknowledge that participation in the event may involve physical activity and carries inherent risks, including the risk of injury. By participating, participants voluntarily assume all risks associated with their involvement and agree to participate at their own discretion and responsibility.

3. Limitation of Liability
The organisers, partners, sponsors, venue providers, and their respective representatives shall not be held liable for any injury, illness, loss, damage, accident, or claim arising from participation in the event, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law or is caused by gross negligence.

4. Media & Photography Consent
Participants acknowledge and agree that photography, audio, and video recording may take place during the event. By attending, participants grant the organisers and Sinar Daily the unrestricted right to use, reproduce, publish, distribute, and broadcast such materials for promotional, marketing, publicity, editorial, and archival purposes across print, digital, and social media platforms without further notice or compensation.

5. Views and Expressions
Any views, opinions, statements, or presentations expressed by guest speakers, presenters, partners, or participants during the event are solely their own and do not necessarily reflect the views or official positions of the organisers, partners, sponsors, or venue providers.

6. Personal Data Protection (PDPA)
By submitting their registration details, participants consent to the collection, processing, storage, and use of their personal data by the organisers in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA) for purposes related to event registration, administration, communication, verification, safety management, and future event-related updates.

7. Acceptance of Terms
Submission of the registration form constitutes the participant’s acknowledgement, understanding, and acceptance of these terms and conditions.
